We are seeking a skilled Private Client Support Specialist to join our team at Oeno Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our private clients via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client data, including feedback and comments.
  • Update client accounts and information as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a client support role.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • European language skills an advantage.
  • Experience handling client inquiries over the phone essential.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management best practices.
