This new manufacturing site is significantly larger than previous facilities, aimed at enhancing production capabilities to meet the increasing demand for sustainable energy solutions.


Role Overview:

As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly process, working closely with the manufacturing team to construct components and final products that adhere to company standards, ensuring both performance and quality.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections of components and materials throughout the assembly process.
  • Utilize assembly and testing equipment effectively.
  • Align materials to construct intricate units.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards in output.
  • Employ hand tools and soldering equipment as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or assembly line setting.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and flexibility.
  • Experience with inline inspection for components and subassemblies.
  • Ability to learn quickly and possess good manual dexterity.
  • Understanding of production costs, including quality implications, waste management, and rework processes.
