Job Objective:

  • To manage and cultivate relationships with both new and established partners, A&E contacts, and end users in the designated North London territories as assigned by the UK&I Country VP.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong connections with key clients, including on-site visits to uncover opportunities for upselling and enhancing sales.
  • Identify business opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
  • Develop business proposals and offers for both current and prospective clients.
  • Create sales reports that encompass new and ongoing projects, working collaboratively with clients to foster and finalize these initiatives.
  • Work towards and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) established for major customer accounts.
  • Facilitate product and software training to ensure clients are equipped to effectively promote our solutions to end users.
  • Ensure partners possess the necessary product range to successfully advocate our solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  • Achieve sales objectives related to product mix and quantity, focusing on strategic channel management and implementing promotional sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to engage current clients and attract new ones through informative and inspiring activities and events, positioning Hanwha Vision Europe as their preferred partner.
  • Participate in UK&I trade shows and events.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as directed by the Country VP (UK&I).

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Security sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the market, primary channels, and potential clients.
  • Experience in selling to Distributors and System Integrators in the region.
  • Demonstrated sales success and achievement record.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies.
  • Preferred educational background in Business or Technical Degree.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in 'Microsoft Office,' especially Excel.
  • Ability to forge lasting relationships with internal Company Directors/colleagues and key clients.
  • Exhibit independent thinking, sound judgement, and motivate diverse teams to achieve targets.
  • Organized, logical, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset as a 'solution finder.'
  • Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels with clarity and precision.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Process-oriented approach.
  • Valid Driving License.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
