About the Role

Landmarc Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our team of engineers and supervisors in ensuring compliance across our sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing maintenance tasks, scheduling, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to ensure performance, safety, and compliance.
  • Schedule and manage maintenance tasks, including planned and reactive work.
  • Manage contractors and ensure timely task completion.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, Building regulations, and safety standards.
  • Write contract specifications and manage contractors across multiple sites.
  • Maintain and update asset records using IT and paper systems.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and management.
  • Excellent understanding of Health & Safety principles, including COSHH, risk assessments, and IOSH Managing Safely.
  • Understanding of workload scheduling and work order processes.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, reporting, and CAFAM systems.
  • Familiarity with SFG20 and budget management.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in on-call duties.
  • Full valid UK driving licence.
