As a Childcare Support Specialist, you will ensure that the care and education provided fosters health, growth, and development in young children. Working with a small group, you will assist them in achieving a strong foundation for their future. In your role as a Childcare Support Specialist at our Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you will establish a safe, secure, and engaging environment for children to explore their potential. You will focus on their physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and psychological development through play and education, while staying updated with the latest childcare regulations. We will provide opportunities for you to learn new techniques and methodologies. To be considered, you should have proven experience in a childcare setting.

You should hold qualifications such as NNEB, NVQ Level 2/3, or BTEC. Ideally, you will also possess EYPS and Paediatric First Aid certifications. Most importantly, you should be passionate about creating exceptional experiences for children and their families.
