About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and relaxing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and beauty treatments.
  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with other spa team members to maintain a high level of service and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • A Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
