OBJECTIVE:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to enhance our team in Peterborough, focusing on the blue-collar sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients to expand the recruitment desk.
- Utilizing various tools to advertise positions and source potential candidates.
- Leveraging talent databases to align the right candidates with client vacancies.
- Reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and short-listing candidates for clients.
- Assessing candidates' qualifications and suitability before presenting them to clients.
- Conducting market research, visiting clients, and maximizing sales and networking opportunities.
- Preparing CVs and communications to send to clients regarding suitable candidates.
- Arranging interviews and providing constructive feedback.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales demonstrating resilience and determination.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-driven with a positive and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
