As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for motivating and developing others to achieve their full potential. This includes creating a culture that fosters accountability, proactively hiring and training team members, and building effective teams that drive results.
Guest ExperienceYou will be the face of our brand in the community, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. This includes addressing guest needs, ensuring optimal food quality, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
LeadershipYou will lead by example, creating an inclusive culture and environment that promotes two-way communication and collaboration. You will empower your team to make decisions and take care of guest needs, while also being transparent in your communication and addressing issues quickly and decisively.
Personal DevelopmentYou will be responsible for completing a personal development plan and maintaining certified General Manager status. You will also stay up-to-date on all company modules and trainings, seeking additional educational opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
AccountabilityYou will be accountable for achieving high standards on all measurable goals, including sales, profitability, and service metrics. You will also demonstrate clear ability to make ethical decisions based on the needs of the restaurant.
Results-DrivenYou will drive results through financial awareness of P&L and restaurant profitability. You will hold yourself and others accountable to sales, profitability, and service goals, while also executing QSC standards and managing time effectively.
Collaboration and TeamworkYou will promote collaboration and teamwork, building strong relationships with all team members and managing without bias. You will also engage your team, provide team building, and quickly problem-solve interpersonal conflicts.
Innovation and RecognitionYou will be innovative and think outside the box, providing public recognition for big and small wins on all measurable goals. You will also build and encourage a recognition culture, saying 'thank you' and seeking ways to bring the company way to the neighborhood and communities.
