Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Project Partners is seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to join their team in Rugby, Warwickshire. As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for executing mechanical maintenance to deliver excellence in plant reliability in the designated area of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the delivery of a safe mechanical physical environment at Plant (Raw Materials, Cement Manufacture, Southam and Alternative Fuels) supporting zero harm to employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Participate and generate IPT's or VFL's.
  • Contribute as a member of the maintenance team to deliver high quality mechanical maintenance at Cement Plant using core skills and training.
  • Execute the efficient execution of mechanical maintenance daily, weekly and monthly mechanical maintenance plan within the defined area of responsibility and elsewhere as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of plant maintenance and reliability principles.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
