Personal Injury Solicitor Opportunity

QED Legal is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team in Plymouth. As a highly respected law firm, they offer a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-value, complex cases and gain practical experience with a nationally recognized law firm. You will be working in a growing team, running caseloads, and collaborating with seasoned legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working alongside the existing Serious Injury team to handle new and existing claims, including litigated matters.
  • Travelling to meet clients and potential witnesses face-to-face.
  • Attending Court hearings and Inquests.
  • Liaising with Barristers, medical experts, and other professionals to assist with each claim.
  • Preparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules.
  • Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience within Personal Injury law and be confident in their own ability. They will be well-organized, able to manage their own time effectively, and have a keen eye for detail.
