Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Sanderson. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing monthly payrolls, calculating absences, and completing pension submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payrolls accurately, including starter and leaver calculations, commission, bonus, and overtime payments.
- Calculate absences, including Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), and Statutory Adoption Pay (SAP).
- Complete Real-Time Information (RTI) and pension submissions in a timely manner.
- Produce and submit P11D's and other HMRC payroll-related returns.
- Prepare year-end reports and release P60's.
- Work closely with our Human Resources department to receive and process payroll information.
- Perform payroll reconciliation to accounts for audit purposes.
Requirements:
- Previous payroll administration experience is desired, with a background in finance or human resources.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately.
- Respect for confidential information.
- Accurate IT skills, including proficiency in Windows applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
