Chief Mechanical Engineer

A highly skilled Chief Mechanical Engineer is required to join a leading UK supplier of innovative industrial and off-road systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing products for heavy platforms, working closely with electrical engineers and other departments.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Design and develop mechanical products in 3D, including 2D detail production drawings.
  • Update existing designs in conjunction with electrical design engineers.
  • Work with an ERP system (Microsoft NAV or similar) and skilled with 3D CAD (ideally Autodesk Inventor or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industrial, Rail, Off-Road or Heavy Platform product design experience.
