We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Clinical Health Psychology Service, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessment and therapy to clients with complex mental health conditions.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and experience in clinical psychology. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams to provide high-quality care to patients in inpatient and community settings.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of clients with complex mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs.
- Provide specialist advice and guidance to other healthcare professionals on psychological aspects of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a postgraduate doctoral level qualification in clinical psychology and significant experience in providing specialist psychological services. You will also need to be trained in clinical supervision and have experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
