Role Overview:
As the Estate Operations Manager, you will oversee our country house, which features 34 rooms, serving as a tranquil getaway for up to 52 guests on guided or self-guided tours. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service Excellence: Enhance guest satisfaction by managing all facets of customer service.
- Culinary Oversight: Direct the culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen team consistently delivers high-quality meals within budget.
- Front of House Management: Supervise the front of house staff, ensuring all guest areas and accommodations are maintained to the highest standards.
- Property Upkeep: Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and address any repairs or aesthetic improvements needed for the property.
- Team Culture Promotion: Cultivate a positive team environment, recognizing its significance in achieving our operational goals.
- Collaboration with Central Support: Engage with central support teams including HR, Health & Safety, Finance, and Sales.
Candidate Profile:
We are interested in candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A solid background in the Tourism or Hospitality sector. We welcome applications from individuals with experience as Hotel Managers, Country House Managers, or similar roles who can demonstrate a successful management history.
- Flexibility is essential due to the nature of the hospitality industry, requiring adaptability to varied working hours, including evenings and weekends.
