About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housing Manager to join our team at Home Group Limited. As a key member of our housing management team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and support to our residents in the Central Region, covering Watford and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a community patch plan in collaboration with residents and external stakeholders.
  • Represent Home Group in our communities and undertake Housing Manager tasks such as patch inspections, anti-social behaviour management, statutory compliance visits, rent arrears visits, and viewings/sign-ups for new customers.
  • Progress legal paperwork such as Notices of Seeking Possession and prepare witness statements for anti-social behaviour cases at court.
  • Represent Home Group at Court on cases on your patch.
  • Involve yourself across our other housing management functions.
Requirements
  • A background in neighbourhood management processes, either within the housing sector or an alternative sector.
  • An understanding of housing management, housing law, and customer service.
  • Fully competent in IT and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Super organised and methodical in your approach, with a proactive self-starter attitude.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help residents.
  • Resilient and able to work with external partners and stakeholders such as local authorities.
