AOG Operator Role

Right Now Group is seeking a skilled AOG Operator to join our team based in Heathrow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize aerospace and customer requirement knowledge to manage export documentation from start to finish.
  • Regularly review imports and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor and manage the mailbox, arranging bookings for shipments and collections as needed.
  • Communicate shipping details to customers and handle operational finance, including costing and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience in freight forwarding.
  • Ability to make informed decisions aligned with company standards.
  • Customs knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work well under pressure.

Additional Information:

Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off.

Hours: Rotating shifts (19:00 – 07:00 and 07:00 – 19:00).

Salary: £33,000 - £34,000 + £4,000 shift allowance.
