About our client

Our client is a well-established private equity firm focused on providing short-term property-backed loans to businesses across the UK and Ireland. They are seeking a seasoned professional to lead their front office team in London.

As the key member of this team, you will be responsible for originating and executing bridge loan investments from day one. Your compensation will include a competitive base salary and a bonus scheme closely tied to the value of loans issued.

Key responsibilities
  • Source and originate bridge loan investments secured against property assets
  • Take a lead role in the day-to-day analysis and execution of investments
  • Structure and negotiate investments, identifying potential structuring issues and creating solutions

Requirements
