Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive product development strategy, including new product enhancements and introductions, to drive business growth and revenue.

  • Product Portfolio Management: Work closely with commercial colleagues to track and analyze product portfolio performance, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Commercial Awareness: Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities and challenges, and develop strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or building products industry.
