Position Overview

Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Insurance Sales Consultants with a background in call center or customer service settings to join our dynamic UK team. This is a full-time, permanent role with the option for hybrid working arrangements after an initial period, along with attractive incentives as part of our global expansion.

Compensation: £30,000 per annum (On Target Earnings between £60,000 - £85,000)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both incoming and outgoing sales inquiries related to life insurance products.
  • Deliver precise and transparent information about our offerings, ensuring compliance with our commitment to fair customer treatment.
  • Achieve and surpass personal and organizational targets in sales and quality assurance.
  • Assist and reassure our clients, providing them with the confidence that their loved ones are safeguarded.

Candidate Profile

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a call center environment.
  • A strong drive to meet targets.
