Position Summary:
Senior Mechanical Systems Manager - Competitive Salary + Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities:
This role is based in a central location, overseeing a variety of projects valued at £5 million within the commercial fit-out domain.

The successful candidate will primarily focus on managing the commissioning process and providing technical oversight, leading a team of Authorized Persons (APs) and supervisors.


As a Mechanical Systems Manager, your responsibilities will include supervising the commissioning activities on the project, supported by your team.

Key tasks include:

  • Collaborating with Project Managers and Directors
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Developing Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Analyzing and interpreting Sub-Contractor instructions
  • Conducting commissioning and testing procedures
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess experience in commissioning Mechanical Projects valued over £2M.

Preferred Experience:
  • Significant experience in major commercial, healthcare, or pharmaceutical projects.
  • A proactive approach to career development and a desire for advancement.
  • Familiarity with large shell and core projects.
  • Ideally, candidates will have experience working with leading main contractors.
