Job Summary

Spire Fylde Coast Hospital is seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team on a bank basis. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for assisting in scrubbing for Consultant-led surgeries and assessing patient health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in scrubbing for Consultant-led surgeries
  • Assess patient health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
  • Develop care plans that take into consideration the care pathway, perioperative risks, and patient well-being

Requirements

  • Qualified Theatre Practitioner
  • NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions on your PIN
  • Scrub or Anaesthetic experience highly desirable
  • Previous employment in a surgical or theatre setting
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a challenging but rewarding environment
