Maintenance Technician

Cure Talent is excited to partner with a leading global manufacturing company at the forefront of innovation in medication and treatment development, as well as creative, user-friendly drug delivery devices.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer (multi-skilled or electrically biased) to join our highly motivated team in Horsham on a double day shift basis (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm).
Key Responsibilities- Maximise plant uptime by ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing, sterilisation, and packaging equipment.
- Provide support to Production Technicians and warehousing teams.
- Conduct routine instrumentation calibration and adjustment.
- Represent engineering in Global Packaging Engineering forums to ensure processes and equipment meet the highest standards.
- NVQ Level 3, HND, or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 17th or 18th edition wiring regulations.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
