We are seeking an accomplished Audit Senior to lead our accounting team and oversee comprehensive audit processes at Michael Page. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of audit procedures, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across the business.
About the Role
- Oversee and manage comprehensive audit processes for a leading professional services firm.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of junior auditors to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services.
- Experience managing audits across Owner Managed Businesses and developing strong relationships with clients.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business, including senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and continuously improve audit methodologies and practices.
- Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, and participate in business development initiatives.
Requirements
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA).
- Proficiency in audit software and databases.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and professionalism.
