Job Title: Employment Tax Director

We are seeking an experienced Employment Tax Director to join our team at Forvis Mazars. As a key member of our tax practice, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of employment tax.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment tax, with experience in areas such as IR35, salary sacrifice, and tax governance. You will be responsible for leading internal and external contacts, building relationships across the business, and developing go-to-market strategies with our strategic markets team.

You will also be responsible for training junior team members, developing your own internal network, and supporting clients over long-term relationships. If you have a passion for employment tax and a desire to grow your career, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal and external contacts to build relationships and improve awareness of our employment tax reward services
  • Develop go-to-market strategies with our strategic markets team
  • Train junior team members and develop your own internal network
  • Support clients over long-term relationships
Requirements
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ATT, CTA) and experience in employment tax
  • Strong technical knowledge of employment tax areas
  • Able to build good internal and external relationships
  • Experience of managing projects and supporting clients over long-term relationships
