Job Title: Mental Health Nurse

LeviCare Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in the Leeds area.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing emotional support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients with mental health conditions
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop care plans to meet those needs
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by doctors
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to doctors or other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • NMC registration with no outstanding matters pending
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a mental health setting
  • Right to work and live in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS (support provided if not registered on the update service)
