Senior Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our Corporate Vulnerable Patient Team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality care plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of nurses to ensure excellent patient outcomes and staff development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support services.
- Contribute to the development of mental health services and initiatives within the trust.
- Nursing qualification and experience in mental health.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
