About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Holland & Barrett. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, including leading a team of sales assistants, managing stock levels, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance
  • Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
  • Drive sales performance through effective visual merchandising, promotions, and sales techniques
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and overheads

Requirements:

  • Ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge
