Main Responsibilities
You will spearhead the operational management of diverse multi-disciplinary therapy teams. A comprehensive understanding of integrated service delivery and the ability to provide services across various professions and pathways is crucial. Flexibility in responding to the evolving needs of the service is expected.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with other Clinical Operations Managers, Professional Leads, and Team Leaders, supported by the Senior Leadership Team and the Divisional Director of Allied Health Professionals. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to quality enhancement and the role of our services in elevating patient experiences and health outcomes.
Senior Clinical Operations Managers are responsible for closely monitoring operational plans and performance, proactively leading and devising solutions to address complex operational challenges in alignment with established organizational objectives, targets, quality standards, and resource limitations.
As a compassionate and collaborative leader, you will promote engagement and empowerment among a diverse workforce through a coaching-oriented approach.
With a proven track record in team leadership, the successful candidate will possess the necessary skills to navigate challenging issues, ensuring policy adherence and performance management.
