Job Overview
As an integral part of Frasers Group, the Experimentation Specialist will champion the principles of experimentation and assist the Experimentation Lead in fostering a robust culture of testing and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for a culture of experimentation within the organization, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to develop experimentation strategies that align with overarching business goals.
- Provide expert consultation on best practices throughout the experimentation lifecycle, from conceptualization to analysis of results, ensuring that Digital Marketing teams are well-supported.
- Enhance the experimentation infrastructure by driving improvements in tools, dashboards, and frameworks, thereby embedding a systematic approach to experimentation.
- Serve as a liaison among digital marketing, analytics, and experimentation teams to guarantee that testing methodologies are effectively integrated with business objectives.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of causal relationships and incrementality testing, offering insights on their relevance to digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to dissect and interpret complex experimental data, translating findings into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Communicate data and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner, ensuring that information is both accessible and actionable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to promote collaboration and alignment.
- Manage multiple experimentation initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely execution and high-quality results.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Marketing or Experimentation capacity.
- Proven expertise in the fundamental principles of experimentation within Digital Marketing, particularly in causal influence and incrementality testing.
- In-depth knowledge of factors influencing on-site key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing experiments.
- Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and ContentSquare.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and design is crucial.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated to contribute to an Experimentation team that thrives on continuous feedback and improvement, with a passion for advancing the field of experimentation.
- Experience in the eCommerce sector is preferred.
- Valid working rights for EMEA countries are required.
