About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Partnerships Manager to join our Marketing function within the Forge Holiday Group. As a key member of our Partnerships Team, you will be responsible for managing partnerships for the Forest Holidays division, growing our affiliate network, and building strong relationships with our partners and affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with current partners and affiliates
  • Finding and onboarding new direct partners
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation for third-party bookings
  • Providing excellent customer service via partner dashboards
  • Collaborating with our Owners team to ensure property listings are up-to-date
  • Supporting the marketing team during busy periods

  • Previous experience in affiliate networks and partnerships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
