Job Description

Event Planning Specialist | Talent Finder | Full Time | Competitive Salary plus Quarterly Bonus (pro rata for part time)

Talent Finder is a leading international educational charity that fosters free speech and debate. We are seeking an experienced Event Planning Specialist to join our team in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings for our members and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and logistics
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in event planning and management
  • Strong knowledge of event planning software and tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
