Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage all facets of meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ascertain event goals and specifications.
- Create detailed event schedules, financial plans, and logistical arrangements.
- Liaise with external partners and vendors to negotiate agreements and guarantee timely service delivery.
- Oversee participant registration processes and maintain effective communication with attendees.
- Supervise on-site event operations, including setup, registration, guest assistance, and problem-solving.
- Assess and analyze event outcomes, collect feedback, and propose enhancements for future events.
- Keep precise records of event expenditures and budget distributions.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in event management and coordination, ideally within a corporate or hospitality setting.
