- Supervise and lead the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service.

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations, kitchen hygiene, and health and safety protocols.

- Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate the kitchen team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher preferred).
