Job Title: Senior Planning Policy Officer

Job Summary:

Osborne Richardson is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Policy Officer to support the effective development and regeneration of our client's management of discrete research and policy development / drafting and projects, including management of consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development and implementation of planning policies and research projects, ensuring effective management of consultants and stakeholders.
  2. Conduct planning policy and research tasks to enable the successful preparation, examination, and implementation of the Local Plan and associated Area Action Plans and Supplementary Planning Documents.
  3. Provide specialist planning policy advice to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
