Electronic Design Engineer

Our client, a leading provider of advanced inspection and testing solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Electronic Design Engineer to join their team in Colchester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the electronic/electrical design and testing of new X-Ray and Bond Test products as part of a dynamic and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic/electrical systems and components for advanced inspection and testing solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements and industry standards
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of designed systems to ensure quality and reliability
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support design and testing activities

Requirements:

  • Strong background in electronic/electrical design and development
  • Experience with X-Ray and Bond Test technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
