**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our Buildings Team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project delivery, managing costs, and interacting with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Project Delivery**: Take charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • **Cost Management**: Provide expert cost management services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

**Requirements**

  • **Proven Expertise**: Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a successful track record of managing projects.
  • **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of various sectors within Real Estate.
  • **Leadership Skills**: A collaborative spirit with the ability to lead projects and teams.
  • **Relevant Qualifications**: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with membership in a relevant professional body (RICS or equivalent).
