Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Oversee cost plans, project management, risk management, and other related activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including cost estimates, progress updates, and risk assessments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a cost consultancy or PQS firm.
  • Strong background in property sector, with experience in commercial, residential, and other types of projects.
  • MRICS qualified or currently working towards it.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
