We are seeking a qualified and experienced Bank Staff Member to join our team at Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Bank Staff Member, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on your needs and availability.

About the Role

As a Bank Staff Member, you will be responsible for supporting our nursery team in delivering high-quality childcare and education to our children. Your role will involve engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones, and ensuring their safety throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support nursery colleagues in delivering the EYFS curriculum
  • Engage children in play and activities that promote their development and well-being
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of children at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain a positive and safe environment
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults
  • Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
