Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a territory in the Midlands region, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the NHS
- Sell ENT devices and equipment to hospitals and healthcare providers, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product specialists and clinical trainers, to provide technical support and education to customers
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on medical devices or equipment
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the NHS and its decision-making processes
