Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, from initial planning stages to event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance throughout the event planning process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using our CRM system.
  • Provide daily support to sponsors, facilitating their registration through our internal management systems.
  • Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base, supporting the onboarding of new clients.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs Editors suite.
  • Fast learning and competent with new systems.
  • UK work permit.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results.
