We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Partner and Insight Consultant to join our Commercial Data Insights team at Aviva. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our Global Corporate and Specialty Lines business achieve its growth targets.
About the Role:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our Data Insights team and the GCS Business to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Receive and interpret requirements from the GCS Business for discussion with the wider Data Insights team on approach, resourcing, and managing expectations.
- Utilize business knowledge to offer additional insights to the GCS business, driving business growth and improvement.
- Assist with uplifting data literacy across the GCS business, ensuring all stakeholders have the necessary skills to effectively utilize data and insights.
- Support the business in the utilization and adoption of self-serve data and insights across GCS, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in using analytical data tools, with a strong understanding of data visualization and reporting.
- Relevant experience in a similar role or industry, with a strong understanding of the commercial data insights landscape.
- Coding skills in SQL or similar languages would be beneficial.

- A competitive salary between £30,000 – £38,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
