Job Title: Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection Limited. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing a full building surveying service to a range of clients across different sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting and advising other members of the surveying team
  • Providing professional building surveying duties including building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition, party wall awards
  • Working on a variety of projects valued up to £1 million in a range of properties including commercial, residential and agricultural
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new clients nationally and locally
  • Developing and maintaining an up-to-date awareness of all necessary legislation

Requirements:
  • Member of RICS and RICS qualified
