We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Manager to join our team at a state-of-the-art nursing home in the Wimbledon area. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and services to our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional care and services
  • Achieving the highest possible standards of care and enhancing the resident experience
  • Working with the Home Manager to implement care home policies and develop an excellent reputation
  • Developing personal contact with residents, their relatives, and visitors to enhance their quality of life
  • Deputising in the overall management of the care home, including production of reports, budgets, and Quality of Life monitoring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of managing a team and ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately
  • Knowledge of quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services
  • Ability to support and guide others in line with the NMC Code
  • Experience working in the healthcare sector
  • Driven and motivated, with a passion for quality care
  • An inspiring leader who can motivate teams through passion and commitment

The successful Deputy Manager will receive a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including:
