Plumbing Maintenance Engineer
£35-40k OTE £45k+

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ThriveSW Limited. As a key member of our commercial property sector team, you will be responsible for providing expert plumbing maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine plumbing maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' water treatment systems.
  • Identify and resolve any issues with plumbing equipment or systems.
  • Collaborate with our team of mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of plumbing services with HVAC systems.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Plumbing Maintenance Engineer in the commercial property sector.
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment systems and plumbing equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
