Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Thrive SW. As a key member of our Engineering Maintenance and Facilities Services team, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services to commercial properties in the Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Wiltshire, and Somerset regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to HVAC and plumbing systems in commercial properties
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex maintenance issues and improve overall system performance
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify and address potential maintenance issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Qualified plumber with NVQ level 2 or 3
  • Previous experience in maintenance and repairs, preferably in a commercial setting
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to sites in the region
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
