About the Role: As a Systems Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing financial data and systems, particularly focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) and Project Management Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve financial processes within D365 to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- System Administration: Act as the finance lead for all system enhancements, supporting configuration changes and reviewing new features.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity through controls and regular audits, addressing any discrepancies and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Training and Support: Train finance and other teams on D365 functionalities, providing operational support for system users and ensuring seamless integration.
- Financial Reporting: Design and generate financial reports using D365 reporting tools to ensure data accuracy for internal and external reporting.
- System Security: Manage user access, security settings, and system configurations, collaborating with IT to troubleshoot any system issues.
About the Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 (F&O). You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across the UK and internationally.
