About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team at Job N Job UK Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our kitchen to deliver exceptional dishes to our clients.
This is a full-time position with basic working hours of 7:30am to 5:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday, with some additional hours as the business dictates. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing catering supplies, preparing and cooking menus, and developing new dishes. You will also be responsible for customer service, kitchen and food hygiene, and planning and liaising with departments for event catering.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and order catering supplies
2. Prepare and cook the full menu
3. Develop and budget new dishes
4. Deliver exceptional customer service
5. Maintain high standards of kitchen and food hygiene
6. Plan and liaise with departments for event catering
