Position: Regional Sales Representative

Compensation: £25,380 annually (OTE £32,400) along with a discretionary London Weighting Allowance of £1500 per year pro-rata.

Incentives: Attractive monthly bonuses and an annual bonus contingent on company performance.

Working Hours: You will be required to work 42.5 hours weekly on a rotational shift schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off, including weekends.

We are a leading car purchasing service in the UK, experiencing rapid growth with over 500 branches and new locations opening regularly.

No prior automotive knowledge is necessary; we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Regional Sales Representative, your duties will include:

  • Primarily, you will be responsible for purchasing vehicles while ensuring the smooth operation of your branch. You will serve as the primary contact for our clientele.
  • Engage with customers and manage your schedule effectively to secure appointments and achieve targets.
  • Conduct vehicle appraisals, negotiate pricing, finalize transactions, and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with back-office staff and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • A valid full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer-centric with strong communication skills and a professional telephone demeanor.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
