Job Title: Finance Manager

Hays Accounts and Finance is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of all accounting documents to facilitate board reporting functions.
  • Input sales and purchases onto SAP and manage day-to-day reporting requirements.
  • Process invoices and credit notes, organize payments, and manage credit control.
  • Prepare and process payroll, including RTI and pensions submissions, and associated staff benefits.
  • Liaise with external accountants and assist in the preparation of year-end accounts.
  • Provide ad-hoc commercial reports for senior leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance function within the engineering sector.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficient in the use of SAP and Excel.
