Estates Operative Role

We are seeking a skilled Estates Operative to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing internal and external upkeep and maintenance tasks, reporting to the Maintenance Manager or Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily waste management, including shuffling general and recycling waste bins between bin stores and collection points
  • External estate ground maintenance, including litter picking, jet washing, and deep cleaning
  • Overall upkeep of the development, including maintenance works inside and outside of the blocks
  • Carrying out regular preventative maintenance tasks, with training provided
  • Risk Management: Supporting the development's risk management routines, utilizing systems and processes to ensure compliance

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with team members and contractors to deliver top-notch service in line with management contracts, leases, and service level agreements.

Requirements: 7.30 start, weekend work, and based in West London. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for estate management, we encourage you to apply.
